I'm looking to sell my property (2B2R) in second half of 2025. The property is currently tenanted until mid-2026, so it will be a sale with tenancy. Would it be best to start now?
Also, I'm looking for an agent that can represent me i.e. seller side, as I have mentioned potentially selling off my unit to other agents who are representing buyers or renters.
